The project need

Provide a new route between U.S. 41 and Joliet Street while supporting access to developing properties and connections to the Town’s pedestrian network.

H&A’s response

H&A coordinated roadway and pedestrian improvements with stormwater facilities and new water infrastructure. The project also required responses to challenging ground conditions and coordination with the team responsible for the U.S. 41 intersection.

Project context and status

Completed in 2022, the corridor provides a new connection through St. John and access to commercial development along the route.
