Shoreline Brewery Addition and Beer Garden

The project need

Coordinate drainage for a building addition and beer garden as the brewery adapted its existing site for new uses.

H&A’s response

H&A surveyed the site and developed a stormwater design that used infiltration and controlled overflow to manage runoff.

The plans coordinated roof drainage with the outdoor gathering areas and surrounding site, with review by the Michigan City Sanitary District.

Project context and status

H&A’s 2017–2018 work supported the brewery’s expansion through site-specific drainage design and coordination with the owner and design team.
