Civil site engineering supporting Burn ’Em Brewing’s East 2nd Street location, with coordinated parking, pedestrian access, grading, and utilities.

The project need

Create a coordinated site around the brewery, connecting parking and pedestrian approaches with the building and existing utilities.

H&A developed the civil site plans and coordinated access, grading, and utility connections with the project team.

The firm also provided lintel-replacement engineering under a separate assignment for Blackline Studio.

The civil site work supported the brewery’s new location and the connections between its building, parking areas, and surrounding streets.
