The project need

Renew the parking lot and improve drainage at an established retail property while coordinating work around ongoing business activity.

H&A’s response

H&A surveyed existing conditions, developed grading and drainage adjustments, and worked with the owner and contractor during construction.

Field observations helped the team respond to pavement-base conditions and utility conflicts as the improvements progressed.

The 2025 work brought engineering support into the field, helping coordinate drainage improvements and pavement renewal within an active commercial site.
