Big Car Wash
Civil site design bringing vehicle circulation, drainage, and utilities together for a car wash at Ameriplex Drive and U.S. 20.
The project need
Fit a car wash and its vehicle queuing, parking, and service areas into a site that also needed effective drainage and connections to surrounding infrastructure.
H&A’s response
H&A coordinated the site layout, grading, stormwater detention, and utility connections with the car wash’s operating needs.
The design brought access and circulation together with drainage and permitting requirements, including coordination with Ameriplex Drive and existing utilities.
Project context and status
The project was originally developed as Taylor Car Wash. H&A’s 2020 design work supported its development within the growing Ameriplex area.
