Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership

The project need

Develop a dealership on a large, relatively flat site with extensive parking and vehicle-display areas, existing drainage infrastructure, and access to U.S. 20.

H&A’s response

H&A designed site grading and stormwater improvements, including detention facilities serving the dealership and adjoining industrial properties. The team coordinated the drainage design with existing infrastructure and the requirements for highway access.

Project context and status

Designed and constructed in 2016, the dealership forms part of H&A’s broader civil engineering work in the Ameriplex area.
