Develop the site infrastructure for Heartland Christian Center’s proposed Sunshine Center athletic facility, coordinating the building with its terrain, drainage, access, and wastewater needs.
H&A’s response
H&A is bringing the site’s grading, stormwater management, accessible approaches, and onsite wastewater design together with the building team’s plans.
The work includes coordination with the owner, design team, and reviewing agencies.
Project context and status
Design and permitting coordination continued in October 2026 as the team prepared the proposed facility for agency review.
