The project need
Prepare an industrial site for development with grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure coordinated across the property and its surroundings.
H&A’s response
H&A developed civil site plans for the Haskell building, including grading, stormwater facilities, and utility improvements. The work included coordination of the sanitary sewer connection and the reviews needed to connect the development with existing infrastructure.
Project context and status
The 2017 design work supported industrial development in the Ameriplex area and its connections to the surrounding utility network.
