Annex Area Water & Sewer Extensions

The project need

Extend municipal water and sanitary sewer infrastructure into the annexed eastern area, coordinating the routes with roads, railroad crossings, airport property, and existing utilities.

H&A’s response

Sanitary sewer extension — MCASE

H&A provided design and permitting coordination for the sewer extension, together with construction-phase engineering support for submittals, field questions, and changes. The work also included site-clearing plans and coordination of infrastructure crossings.

Water-main extension — MCAWE

H&A provided water-main design, bidding assistance, construction administration, and inspection. The work connected the extension with the existing water system and coordinated access, easements, and highway and railroad crossings.
