Lincoln Avenue Sewer Replacement

The project need

Replace deteriorated sanitary sewer along Lincoln Avenue between U.S. 12 and 7th Street while addressing stormwater connections to the sanitary system.

H&A’s response

H&A developed the sewer replacement and drainage improvements and supported bidding and construction. The design renewed service connections and provided separate infiltration measures for stormwater previously entering the sanitary system.

During construction, H&A coordinated field decisions and agency reviews, including additional sewer repairs beneath U.S. 12.

Project context and status

Construction was completed in December 2023, renewing sewer infrastructure within the existing neighborhood.
