Ameriplex Drive Phase 1

The project need

Connect developing commercial and industrial properties with roadway infrastructure that also addressed pedestrian access, drainage, and existing utilities.

H&A’s response

H&A developed the first phase of Ameriplex Drive, coordinating the roadway and sidewalks with storm drainage and utility improvements. The work included surveying, right-of-way assistance, and permitting needed to fit the new connection into the surrounding area.

Project context and status

The 2018 project established an initial roadway connection within the Ameriplex area and provided a foundation for later roadway phases.
