The project need

Improve pavement and drainage along a residential corridor where homes, driveways, utilities, and limited space require a carefully coordinated approach.

H&A’s response

H&A is developing a phased improvement plan supported by surveying, alternatives evaluation, and public-meeting coordination.

The design brings roadway and drainage improvements together while accounting for existing utilities and adjoining properties.

Project context and status

Phase 1 was advancing through final design and utility coordination in October 2026 as part of the broader corridor improvement plan.
