Long Beach Cove Villas
This project consists of the design and layout of eleven 12-unit apartment buildings with garages, community center/office/maintenance building, restored wetlands, sanitary and storm sewers, water, parking and grading, and wetlands and detention basins.
Beachwalk, Michigan City, 1995 - Present
Beachwalk is an award winning resort community based on the seaside communities of Florida's coast. This 100 acre development features 27 acre lake, putting greens, sports and recreation facilities, fountains, and a private boardwalk to Lake Michigan.

Hideaway Point, Long Beach, 2003
This project included the development of 13 new lots within the
existing Hidden Shores subdivision, an upscale beach community. Included
with this development was the design of the road, water main, sanitary
sewer, and water drainage improvements for the area as well as the
physical layouts for all the facilities mentioned above.

Fieldstone Woods, Westville, 2002
This project included the development of a 12.5 acre subdivision,
potable water system and stormwater detention/infiltration basin. The
development comprises 40 spacious lots in a partially wooded area adjacent
to school property.
