This project included the construction of six irrigated, underdrained athletic fields, a concession stand, public restrooms and press box facility, and a nine-lane polyurethane-surfaced asphalt running track.
The construction of the four ball diamonds and two soccer fields featured the sand cavity drainage system as developed by Major League Baseball Field Consultant Roger Bossard.
